Hopefully, you’ve already ravaged the FIFA12 demo and are anxiously waiting the September 27th in the US and September 29th in the UK FIFA12 release date. FIFA12 will be available on multiple platforms, PS3, Wii, Xbox360 and Nintendo 3DS. The most talked about aspect about the new FIFA12 seems to be the new game-changing Player Impact Engine, and significant improvements from FIFA11.
The revolutionary new Player Impact Engine takes into account the precise physics in order to influence the player’s movements and actions. The realistic interactions make the game more engaging and unpredictable in any situation. Other new features include new and improved precision dribbling. FIFA11 was great but in FIFA12 you can control the ball, and move it around without changing your player’s location. Additionally the new tactical defending system allows larger gamer input. EA said they wanted to, “bring the skill of real world defending in to FIFA,” and make each situation feel like individual battles.
Finally, the CPU players can somewhat think for themselves! In FIFA12 the computer players are infused with Pro Player Intelligence and are able to make decisions based on their player’s abilities and strengths of their surrounding teammates. The teams can base their attacks based on the players, and the weakness of their opponents. This feature will greatly impact the way the user interacts with game and how to strategize the match.
With the FIFA 12 release date quickly approaching gamers are starting to pre-order FIFA12 and figure out a way to either attain the FIFA Ultimate Team download from Xbox LIVE Subscription Pack. The numerous improvements from FIFA11 and the additional downloads and modes to explore, should have any gamer lining up for the FIFA12 release date of September 27th or September 29th; depending which side of the pond you’re on

Football fans rejoice, the FIFA 12 demo drops tomorrow. Details about which platforms the demo will be for are not confirmed, but one can presume EA will release demos for both PS3 and Xbox360. With all the hype surrounding the new Impact Engine and realistic player movements, the demo is a juicy taste to the main release September 27th.
VideoGamer released a few details they found on the publisher’s twitter page, about the FIFA 12 demo, regarding which venues are available for matches, the length of each half and which players and teams are available to choose from. Even though it seems each half will only be 3 minutes long, it should be enough time to get a feel for the numerous changes within the game. Additionally, due to an exclusive deal with Man City, the entire squad, official kit, and ability to play at the newly names Etihad Stadium will be featured and available in the FIFA 12 demo. However, if you’re not a Man City fan, you can also choose from AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Marseille, Arsenal and FC Barcelona.
FIFA12 is bringing an added level of realism to FIFA11 as well a variety of career mode options. Who knows if the career mode options will be available to play with during the demo but that shouldn’t deter you from trying the FIFA12 demo tomorrow!
GamesMaster has set the bar for the new FIFA12 game with a praise-filled review and impressive 94% rating. The magazine points out, “The new emphasis on precision dribbling makes each encounter a mini game of human chess.” Much praise is due to the new Impact Engine, which they comment, “no two collisions are alike… players fall as they would in real life; meaning reckless tackles of a mid-air rendezvous can carry a high risk injury.”
Within its four-page review, there is minimal criticism of the game and lots of focus on the improved movement and ability of the players. GamesMaster mentions how FIFA developers implemented tweaks to “iron out some of the foibles of defending that have irritated on a yearly basis.” As well as, the usefulness of ‘containment’, since “it allows you to keep pace with the forward and shepherd them away from danger and towards tactically unfavorable positions.” This game is wholeheartedly for the football fan that has, “exhausted FIFA1 and is thirsty for a new challenge.”

FIFA 12 (also titled FIFA Soccer 12 in the North American market) is the nineteenth installation in the popular online sports series by Electronic Arts. The game is being developed by EA Canada. FIFA 12 will feature a number of changes from previous games including a different look and feel to the front end menus.
While a number of new features will be included with FIFA 12, the most prominent three will be the Impact Engine, Tactical Defending and Precision Dribbling. The Impact Engine is designed to bring more realistic physics to the game which will impact momentum and collision results (also resulting in more realistic injuries). With these enhanced physics, the game will be more organic than past versions and will offer a more exciting and believable gameplay experience.
The Tactical Defending feature requires more manual action in all phases of defense including positioning, intercepting and tackling. Developers state that more emphasis will be placed on slowing down offensive team members and players will no longer be able to automatically send AIs after other players. This will increase the level of skill needed against other players.
Precision Dribbling will allow for dribbling in more circumstances including while shielding and moving. Tighter control is another feature of Precision Dribbling; players will be able to make smaller touches to more precisely control the ball.
Another feature which will add realism to the game is Pro Player Intelligence. This will enable analytical decision making in AI players; AI players will be able to look critically at their teammates’ skills and their own before making tactical decisions. While running in Career Mode, AI players will display added realism on the field related to off-field events such as transfers, wages, and the media. Online modes have been overhauled as well and now include Head-to-Head Seasons, flow modes for multiplayer matching, and improved social networking through EA Sports Football Club. Players will participate in clubs which distribute XP points across their memberships, adding an exciting cooperative element to the game.
FIFA 12 will be released in North America on September 27, 2011, and in Europe on the 29th and 30th of September, 2011. Platforms for FIFA 12 will include PS3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, Wii, PS2, PS Vita, Xperia Play, PS Portable, 3DS and iOS. The game will be available three days early to EA Sports Season Ticket holders. All gamers can pre order Fifa 12 now.
Players of sports games may enjoy a real treat in the form of FIFA 12, which is being hailed by Gamescon as “Best Console Game” and E3 Game Critics as “Best Sports Game.” FIFA Soccer 12 includes the brand new Player Impact Engine which improves the physics of the game, Precision Dribbling, Tactical Defending, Pro Player Intelligence and more. Combined, the features are intended to deliver more realism than ever before.
The Player Impact Engine took two years to develop, and improves the physics of the game. A certain amount of chaos is introduced; as in real life, infinite different outcomes can be experienced from a single contact, but as in real life, those outcomes will make physical sense. Momentum will be preserved more accurately by the Engine as well.
Precision Dribbling and Tactical Defending both give players additional strategies for success. Precision Dribbling allows a player to use close dribble touches in many different scenarios, and Tactical Defending places equal emphasis on the phases of interception, positioning and tackling.
While FIFA 2012 allows you to put real human players in every position on both teams, if you choose to use the computer generated bots to fill some of the roles, you can now enjoy the Pro Player Intelligence feature which has allowed for even greater realism in the bots and enables them to analyze their strengths and those of their teammates when making tactical decisions.
FIFA 12 will also include social networking features through the EA SPORTS Football Club. Through this system you will be able to track your status and that of your friends and opponents. You’ll also be able to share your stats on Facebook and other social networking sites. You’ll further be able to experience real-world storylines driven by current events, with Career Mode and True Injuries adding even more depth to the experience. Support Your Club will help you track your club’s statistics and get more involved in team play. Other exciting ways to compete include Head-to-Head Online Seasons, Online Friendlies, FIFA Ultimate Team, and New Commentary Teams. All features include Complete Authenticity with over 500 licensed clubs and over 15,000 real players.
With all of these features, you have an idea of what to expect from FIFA 12. The latest in real world simulation technologies combine in FIFA 12 to offer a realistic, engaging, challenging and exciting online soccer experience for sports enthusiasts.
As you all know, Fifa releases a new video game yearly. Fifa 12 is scheduled for release on September 27th.
